The Girly Geekdom Blog says that a Geek Girl is “a woman who is fascinated by knowledge and imagination. This can covers (sic) technology, books, the arts or any area of knowledge that you can invest yourself in.” So, I am a geek girl (and a nerd girl too, apparently), and I am also very excited that the lovely Max Kaizen (who has promised that we will include the boys next time) and I are having a little get together for some very smart women in Cape Town.
Hooray!
We’ll be getting together at Sinn’s in Wembley Square (directions), and the ever wonderful Stormhoek are sponsoring some delicious Couture Cocktails, and Virgin has kindly ensured we can work it all off (when the mood suits).

The boys can come to another kind of meet.up next time, NOT our geek.girl gatherings.
Though that doesn’t seem to have stopped them putting their names down for our event %-/
LOL, I think we’ll have to devise some kind of test or dare that the boys who come will have to do, maybe if they’re brave enough we can let them be honorary women for the session.
Hmm.. wonder what we could do?
